D.C.II To You PC Game + Asakura Otome Nendoroid

As I have mentioned before in my previous posts, this summer I had the awesome opportunity to return to Taiwan for an internship.

I usually never return from Taiwan empty handed. During my stay I picked up Circus’ latest Da Capo II PC game called [D.C.II To You ~ダ・カーポII~トゥーユー]. This game came bundled with a limited Nendoroid, Asakura Otome Nendoroid; No.72 on the Official Nendoroid list.

Pictures speak better than words.

I feel rather ashamed that I bought this for the Nendoroid and not the game. I have been going through other visual novels and D.C. has long interested me, so I will eventually give it a try.

Fairly accurate representation. They even got the small ribbons on the side of her skirt.

Wow...getting this umbrella out, changing the hand and slipping the pole through the hole was a pain. It was difficult to even get her to raise the umbrella past her head. Too much hair in my opinion.

I hate to say it, but almost 49% of this figure is hair/hair ribbon. If it wasn't for the supporting base, she wouldn't be able to stand alone.

Just another shot to prove my point.

Last close up... Too lazy to dig out all the other accessories and swap 'em out. Always feed like I am going to snap something in half when changing parts out.

I am a pretty avid Nendoroid figure collector so this was a pretty much a ‘must’ get on my list. Happy that I got it locally in Taiwan and not some insane overpriced eBay seller.

If you’re a crazed Da Capo II and Nendoroid fan, this would be a must get. I have yet to see this Nendoroid sold separately however, so chances are, if you want it, you’ll need to purchase the full set including the game.
